My daughter-in-law took my car to get it cleaned when she brought it back 😳we took it back up there. still had stuff they didn't vacuum up, The driver door was not even touched still had dirt in the handle and in the door cubby, Windows were smeared, I feel like I'm getting in the car to slide all over from all the oil! While there, they did redo and we added on getting the mats cleaned because didn't know that wasn't part of an executive package ,should've read it! but they didn't charge me for my mats after saying, I should not have to pay8$ just had to bring my car back because of a poor job so they gave me that for free. Well, these are the mats! wish I would've took pictures of the other stuff Honestly feel like they don't deserve a star this is the first review I have ever posted!! That's how sad it is!

Ended up there by mistake. However, it paid off in my favor! Great service. Fast, friendly and efficient. Plus, great price to boot. They got months of break dust off my rims with ease. I'm absolutely happy with my service! 5 Stars for sure!💯

This was my first visit on 2/16/2026. I arrived around 11 a.m., and although it wasn’t very busy, my experience with the VIP service (per the posted pricing chart) fell a bit short of expectations. The visit was quick — under 30 minutes — but a few details stood out: - I was informed that the undercarriage wash wasn’t working. - I didn’t receive an air freshener, nor did I notice one when I left. - The tire shine was applied, but the lower portion near the ground was missed, leaving a noticeable gap. - The wheels still had visible dirt. - The front windshield could have been cleaned more thoroughly. - After tipping and getting back into my car, I had to shake out the driver’s mat because it had debris on it. Overall, I’m giving this visit three stars. While the service was quick, the attention to detail didn’t quite match what I expected from the VIP package. I may continue using the competitor, as they’ve consistently provided a more complete experience.

I had my car washed and the exterior looks OK. The car is only a few months old. The windshield really needed washing and after the car wash needs washing even more. Evidently they wiped the windows with a dirty cloth and smeared something all over. I called to complain and the person who answered the phone said I shouldn’t complain to her, she didn’t cause the problem. I should come back and complain to the people who did the bad work! This business used to do a good job with my car, but the last two times have not been good.

Wednesday at 10:45am and this place was hopping! No wonder, as prices and service was excellent. There was ample staff on hand and they worked well together to keep the vehicles moving. My car is shining like new. The inside, too, as I asked for Armour All inside and on tires. No streaks on the windows. Mama is happy!
